Group training

“I can do anything for 20 more minutes!”

All Dynamic Running members can attend our group training sessions FREE as part of their membership. These training sessions are not races, and they aim to accommodate runners from a range of abilities and ages. Visitors are welcome to come along and try a session or two, but if you are going to join in on a regular basis, you need to be a club member.

TUE 5.30 – 6.45am Suspended until further notice.  
TUE 5.40 – 7.00pm We alternate between speed intervals and hills each week. HARD session. You need to be running 5-10km comfortably on a regular basis to keep up with this session. Distance covered range from 6-12km. Centenary Lakes – opposite the Rondo Theatre at 46 Greenslopes Street, Edge Hill, Cairns
WED   Rest Day   
THU 5.30 – 6.45am Suspended until further notice.  
THU 5.40 – 7.00pm Tempo Running. Relatively HARD session. You need to be running 5-10km comfortably on a regular basis to keep up with this session. Distance covered range from 6-12km. Centenary Lakes – opposite the Rondo Theatre at 46 Greenslopes Street, Edge Hill, Cairns
FRI   Rest Day  
SAT 7.00 – 8.00am FREE 5km parkrun. Cairns Esplanade or Glenoma Park
