Note that there are NO toilet facilities at this venue.

Sport Fee:

• $20

Games Registration Fee: $89 per person in addition to sport fee.

Sport Fee note:

Everyone that registers for the road race on Sunday (42.2km, 21.1km, 10km or 5km), receives a 50% discount off the trail race on Friday.

Current Dynamic Running club members receive a 35% discount off the entry fee.

• How to get to the Start/finish location (marked as ‘B’ on the map) for the trail race. (1) From Cairns City, drive north on the Captain Cook Highway. Turn left into McGregor Road and follow the signs to James Cook University.  Follow the Dynamic Running signs to the start at

Events and start times

Registration: 15 minutes prior to your race.
Race: Start waves from 5.00am to 6.30am, depending on the distance you select

• 5km at 6.30am
• 10km at 6.15am
• 21.1km at 5.30am (You will need a torch)
• 42.2km at 5.00am (You will need a torch)

Most of the course is on footpaths, however there are various road crossings that competitors need to navigate through. Road will NOT be closed for this event.

Note that if we do not get enough competitors in any particular age category, these will be collapsed. E.g. 30 – 34 and 35 – 39 will be combined to form 30 – 39.

Fees

We’ve taken feedback from our 2019 event on board and have tried to make the race affordable for everyone.

Sport Fees:

• 5km = $15
• 10km = $20
• 21.1km = $25
• 42.2km = $45

• The minimum age requirement for our events is 30 years. 
• All entries are online. There is no option to register any other way.
• The $20 administration fee that will be charged for any entrant fully withdrawing from the Games. This is administered by GBRMG, not Dynamic Running.
• Registrations close 12 hours prior to each event.
