These clinics are scheduled fortnightly in March-April 2014. It covers some Technique Training and Drills, but the main focus is on speed work, fartlek, hill running and pacing. The clinic participants are provided with instructions on running form/efficiency; why and how to do speed work; how to run up (and down hills); and how to pace their runs. We also talk about energy systems and how it is linked with running.
Conditions of entry: You must be signed up as a Dynamic Running participant to gain access to the clinics. You need to already comfortably run 5km or more on a weekly basis. A minimum of 4 participants are required for the Clinics to go ahead.
