From 7 February 2022, use of the Check In Qld app is no longer required where organisations are permitted to allow unvaccinated people to attend. This includes venues such as gyms, fitness centres, indoor sports centres, community facilities and major stadiums with less than 5000 seat capacity. This also includes any outdoor sport or community recreation organisations that have opted to utilise the Check In Qld app. For more information on what’s changed since 7 February 2022, please visit the Public Health and Social Measures Direction and How the Qld Government is supporting Queenslanders
14 January 2022
Queensland will likely witness large amounts of COVID spread throughout the community. Please use your own best judgement in terms of attending group training and events. At this stage we do not have any restrictions in place.
We’ll keep you posted on any changes.
A reminder that you are not required to wear a mask outdoors, unless you can’t maintain a 1.5m physical distance from others. Remember also to have good hand hygiene (hand sanitiser is provided by Dynamic Running at our club runs and events).
More information from the Queensland Government.
